1 cup Parmegiano Reggiano Cheese (shredded)

4 fresh garlic(finely chopped)

1 pound Penne pasta

¼ cup Vodka

1 (8oz) can tomato sauce

1 TSP oregano

Ground pepper


1 cup heavy cream

4 Tbsp butter




Cook Pennes according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat the butter in a large skillet medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 2 minutes until it’s fragrant. Add tomato sauce and stir vodk, cook for 2 minutes over low heat. Add heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Add cooked penne and serve with Parmegiano Reggiano cheese.
