2 large red bell peppers

4 fresh garlics (pressed)

1 medium onion

Black pepper(to taste)



1/8 Tsp Kosher Salt

1 packet beef bouillon

2 tbsp Taco mix

1 packet Sazon Goya seasoning(coriander& Annatto)

1Tbsp olive oil

1 cup tomato sauce

2 cups cheddar cheese




1.  Preheat Oven at 350F. Cut peppers in half (lengthwise). Remove seeds.Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook bell peppers in boiling water about 5 minutes. Arrange peppers in a casserole dish. Set aside.

Heat a skillet to medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic and onions, cook for about 1 minute. Add ground beef and sauce. cook until brown (about 8 minutes).

Stuff the beef mixture in to the peppers and top with shedder cheese. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
