1 pound Angel Hair pasta
2 cans tuna
25 green Olive(finely sliced)
1 fresh lemon(juice)
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese (shredded)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until dente. Drain pasta and transfer to a bowl.
Add tuna, fresh lemon juice, olives. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper, and Parmigiano cheese (to taste). Toss well and serve.
