8 medium gold potatoes, cut into four pieces.

1 large onion (chopped)

4 fresh garlics (pressed)

6 cups vegetable broth

1/4 tsp white pepper

1 tsp salt

2 package (8 oz) cream cheese (cubed)

1 cup Cheddar cheese (garnish)




In the Crock Pot, pour broth, potatoes, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook on low for 5 hours.

Add the cream cheese and stir. Cook for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the cream cheese is incorporated. Serve with cheese on top or storage in the freezer.
