155 oz package Hershey’s chocolate bar.
¼ cup granulated Sugar
16 oz heavy Cream
8 oz Mascarpone cheese
1 cup espresso-cold coffee
12 oz package lady fingers
Chop chocolate into fine piece(aprox.1/8 inch).Place in the fridge.
In low heat, mix heavy cream and sugar in a medium saucepan until sugar is dissolves and mixture just begins to simmer. Set aside.
In a stand mixer beat the rest of the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Set aside.
In a large bowl, soft the mascarpone cheese with a spatula. Add heavy cream with soft peaks form while folding. Add sugared heavy cream mixture and 4 Tbsp of coffee and fold gently.
Dunk ladyfingers in the coffee and arrange them in a single layer. Repeat layering with the heavy mixture and chopped chocolate. Lift in the fridge overnight.
